4/10/1857- David Emerson and Martha E. Emerson of the first part and
                   Mary Shaw of the second part (split the property??)paid
                    $1600.00
 
4/4/1859- Robert W. Peay and Cordelia, his wife, of the city of St. Louis
                 sold to Sidney M. Shaw for $4,500.00
 
10/19/1863- Sidney M. Shaw and Susan M. Shaw, his wife, sold to William
                     C. Stewart for $866.66
 
11/4/1863-  William C. Stewart sold to James N. Henderson for $2,285.00
 
11/10/1863-  James N. Henderson sold the property back to William C.
